Your Next Step
In your body psychotherapy session, we’ll spend time both talking and working with your body.
It typically begins with a discussion about what is currently affecting you in your life emotionally and physically. Bodywork may include awareness techniques, breathing exercises, guided movement patterns and trauma release techniques to support greater flow of energy in the body.
The integration of these techniques is a gentle, but effective process tailored to your pace and needs.

I’m so proud to have completed a 4-year training in Core Energetics with Andrea Alexander at the Institute of Body Psychotherapy earning my Diploma in Integrated Somatic Psychotherapy.
This transformative experience has deeply enriched my understanding of the dynamic connection between the body, mind, and emotions.
Currently, I’m honoured to continue my journey as a teacher’s assistant during my internship at the institute where I’m further deepening my skills and sharing the life-changing principles of Core Energetics with others.
