Embodied pilates is an approach to pilates that focuses on the details of your movement, drawing your attention to the pre-movements, alignment and the important connection that your breath has to your core.
In my pilates classes, I teach you how to cultivate a deeper connection with your body, developing greater efficiency, fluidity and strength. This somatic approach to pilates incorporates mindfulness and proprioceptive cues to improve the quality of your everyday life.
This form of pilates is uniquely tailored to work with you, focusing on enhancing your movement quality, elevating your body awareness and nurturing a deeper mind-body connection.
I work with my clients to restore, deep core strength, posture correction, reestablishing range of motion, spinal fluidity and strength, pelvic floor health and breath patterns.

Private lessons
By focusing on your personal goals and working with your pathologies and restrictions, these one-on-one sessions are a powerful way to develop better functional movement and build new muscle memory.

Semi privates
Get together with a friend or 2 or join an existing semi private group. Sessions are capped at 3 people so that everyone gets plenty of attention to address their individual needs.

Group classes
Transform your body while making new friends in one of our group classes. Group classes are capped at 8 people. Large enough to foster a sense community, but small enough to get the individual attention your body needs.

Online classes is the answer if you’re unable to attend in person or simply prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home. Follow along with detailed instructions on how to correctly move your body.
